Michael is a Google Trusted Independent Colorado-based photographer that produces unique images ranging from beautiful landscapes to modern abstractions. He is always looking for challenging new techniques to produce images ranging from traditional digital photography to high dynamic range (HDR) photographs. He enjoys traveling to get the perfect shot but also enjoys the challenge of finding those shots closer to home.

In addition to being a photographer, Michael is a veteran helicopter pilot and Aviation Compliance Manager for the World's largest provider of Air Medical transport. He learned how to fly while honorably serving many years in the US Army as a helicopter pilot and interrogator.

Michael's years in the military gave him a unique perspective on the world around him. Serving all over the United States, working as a peace-keeper in Bosnia, and seeing 14-months of combat action in Iraq has trained his eye to notice the small details and the beauty in the world around him.
